Scope
This policy applies to demano.studio — the demano studio website — and the contact channels we operate from here. It does not describe how data is handled on platforms we build for our clients.
Contact form data
If you write to us through the form, we collect: full name, email, project type, budget (optional) and message. We use this to understand your enquiry, assess whether we can help, and reply.
Third-party services
We use EmailJS to send the contact form. Calendly for scheduling calls. Meta’s platform for WhatsApp. The site may also use Google Analytics and, when configured, Plausible. Those providers process data under their own policies, on their infrastructure.
Client products
When we build a platform for a client — for example, an e-commerce site with payments or identity verification — end-user data is governed by that product and its owner. Stripe, Didit or other integrators run on the client’s infrastructure, not on demano.studio. Each project publishes its own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to reply and follow up. We do not sell or share that data for advertising purposes.
